A concert programme and ticket stub for the Delaney And Bonnie And Friends including Eric Clapton performance that took place at the Royal Albert Hall, London on 1st December 1969.  In the audience that night was George Harrison who had met the duo in Los Angeles, USA in 1968.  Following the Albert Hall performance George went backstage and agreed to join the tour as a special guest. He would go on to perform at the shows that took place in Bristol, Birmingham, Sheffield, Liverpool and Croydon. George was also scheduled to perform in Newcastle but he cancelled to go and visit his mother as she was unwell. George’s performance in Bristol on 2nd December was his first live stage performance since The Beatles quit touring in August 1966.
The ticket stub measures 3cm x 5.75cm (1.25 inches x 2.25 inches). The condition is very good plus. The concert programme measures 16.5cm x 25.5cm (6.4 inches x 10 inches). Venue and date of the performance written on the front of the programme. The condition is excellent.
