B43674 – Mott The Hoople Overend Watts 1970s Worn Red Trousers (UK)

A pair of red trousers that were owned and worn by Overend Watts of Mott The Hoople in the 1970s.

The trousers measure 76.2cm (30 inches) around the waist and 72cm (28 inches) at the inside leg. There is light wear to the material with small holes in places and the fastening strap has torn with a section attached to the button. The leg cuffs are slightly uneven and have different coloured stitching. The condition is very good.

Provenance: the trousers were previously sold as part of lot 151 in the Entertainment Memorabilia sale held by Bonham’s auctions on the 18^th July 2018. The items were consigned from the estate of Overend Watts.
