B44430 – Peter Green Handwritten Lyrics (UK)

A sheet of lined notepaper with handwritten lyrics by Peter Green, former guitarist with Fleetwood Mac. It reads ‘And if I go, maybe I’ll see here there. Would she smile or would she pretend she doesn’t care. Will she run to me and ask me why I didn’t write.’

The notepaper measures 13cm x 20cm (5.1 inches x 7.8 inches). There are very small creases near the top of the page. The condition is excellent.

Provenance: the handwritten lyrics were previously sold as part of lot 31 – a group of assorted poetry/lyrics in the Man Of The World: Peter Green Collection sale held by Bonham’s Auctions on the 16th June 2023.
