B44652 – The Beatles Autographed 1963 Chris Montez Tommy Roe Tour Programme (UK) – £Price On Request

A concert programme for The Beatles appearances on the bill of the Chris Montez and Tommy Roe UK tour that took place between 9th and 31st March 1963. The programme has been autographed on the reverse by The Beatles in ballpoint pen. John has signed in black ballpoint pen, Paul, George and Ringo have signed in blue ballpoint pen. John has added the inscription ‘To Kevin keep Ravin’ above his name. Paul has added ‘To Kevin you raver! All the best’ before his name. George has added the inscription ‘To Kevin all the best from’ above his name. Ringo has added ‘To Kevin Best Wishes’ below his name. The programme has also been signed on the centre pages by Chris Montez and Tommy Roe in blue ballpoint pen.
The programme measures 20cm x 26.25cm (7.9 inches x 10.3 inches). There is some minor wear on the spine and a fold line running vertically down the centre. The condition is very good.
Provenance: the autographs were signed for Kevin Drake, a member of the Terry Young Six who were also on the bill of the tour.
