An original sales flyer for ‘The Ginsbergs at the I.C.A’ 12” vinyl records released in August 1967, from Indica Books Ltd. It gives information about the record, price and an offer for multiple orders.

Indica Bookshop was owned by John Dunbar, Peter Asher and Barry Miles and also hosted a gallery space. They were supported by Paul McCartney through his involvement with Jane Asher. John Lennon also visited the shop and gallery which hosted exhibitions of Yoko Ono’s work.  The Indica bookshop was separated from the Indica Gallery and moved to 102 Southampton Row in the summer of 1966.

Provenance: the sales flyer comes from the collection of Ringo Starr’s manager, Hillary Gerrard.

The flyer measures 20.5cm x 25.5cm (8 inches x 10 inches). There are small creases around the corners. The condition is very good plus.
