An original Artistes Management & Agency Ltd. performance contract between Mel Bush and the Pink Fairies for a performance at the Poperama Ballroom, Devizes, Wiltshire on the 16^th April 1971. It is dated 3^rd February 1971 and has been signed at the bottom of the page.

The contract measures 20.5cm x 33cm (8 inches x 12.9 inches). It has been previously folded leaving a horizontal crease line and hole punched down the left side, the edges and corners are lightly worn with small crease. The condition is very good.
