A NEMS Enterprises Ltd, London, England performance contract that was drawn up on 7th September 1964 between the compere of the Cavern Club Bob Wooler and NEMS Enterprises Ltd for the Rustiks to appear at the Cavern Club, Liverpool, England on 30th September 1964. The contract has been signed at the bottom by the owner of NEMS and Beatles manager Brian Epstein. The Rustiks were an English band signed to Brian’s NEMS label. Accompanied by a Brian Epstein Presents The Rustiks promotional card and an A label demo of the Rustiks single ‘What A Memory Can Do’.

The contract measures 20.5cm x 33cm (8 inches x 13 inches). The condition is very good minus.
