B45664 – The Beatles Paul McCartney Autographed Dezo Hoffmann Parlophone 1963 Promotional Card (UK)

An original Beatles black and white Parlophone promotional card autographed by Paul McCartney on the reverse in black ballpoint pen. Paul has added the inscription ‘To Linda best wishes’ above his name. The autograph dates to February or March 1963. The photograph on the front of the card was taken by Dezo Hoffmann 4th September 1962 when The Beatles were recording their debut single ‘Love Me Do’. Worth noting, a young George Harrison is sporting a black eye recently received during a brawl at the Cavern Club over switching from Pete Best to new drummer Ringo Starr.

The promotional card measures 14.5cm x 8.75cm (5.75 inches x 3.5 inches). Pin hole in the corner. Pin hole on the top edge. The condition very good.
