B45681 – Sham 69 1979 Signed Poster (UK)

An original promotional poster for Sham 69 which has been signed by the group in blue ballpoint pen. Jimmy Pursey has added ‘To my favourite little mate your [sic] the greatest fan I’ve ever met’ above his name and ‘FANX your [sic] the greatest’ below. Ricky Goldstein has signed as Ricky Rocket. Dave Parsons and Dave Tregunna have also signed. Illustrated is a photograph of the recipient of the signatures with the group taken when the autographs were obtained.

Provenance: accompanied by a letter from the recipient confirming how the signatures were obtained.

The poster measures 49cm x 72.5cm (19 inches x 28.5 inches). There are vertical and horizontal crease lines along with tape to the top and bottom right corners. A tear to the left edge has been repaired with tape. The condition is very good minus.
