B45993 – Yes Marquee Martin Agency 1969 Performance Contract (UK)

An original Marquee Martin Agency contract agreement between the agency and Yes for a performance by the group at the Marquee Club, London on the 14^th and 28^th May 1969. It has been signed at the bottom and is dated 28^th March 1969.

Provenance: from the collection of Roy Flynn, first manager of Yes.

The contract measures 20.5cm x 33cm (8 inches x 12.9 inches). It is hole punched on the left edge. There is wear to the corners and staple holes in the top corner. The document has been previously folded leaving horizontal crease lines and has small marks across the surface. The condition is very good.
