It is for a performance by Big Brother Holding Company at the fraternity at the College of San Mateo on the 13th January 1966. The document has been signed by a representative of the fraternity and a representative for Peter Albin.

The contract measures 21.6cm x 29.7cm (8.5 inches x 11.7 inches). The condition is excellent.
