B46042 – Patti Boyd Signed Print (UK)
£150.00
A modern laser copy print depicting an image of George Harrison and Pattie Boyd in their garden in Kinfauns in 1969. It has been signed in the lower right corner in black pen by Pattie Boyd. Pattie commented on this photograph: ‘This is when George and I lived in a house in Esher, Surrey, England. I had been waiting all spring for these gorgeous roses to bloom, so I was absolutely thrilled they all seemed t
o bloom at the same time. I went to great pains to set up a tripod in front of the climbing rosebush I planted in the garden at Kinfauns, but George got bored waiting for the shutter to close and it caught him looking away. I think what makes this picture work so well now is George impatiently looking away.’
The photograph comes with a copy of The Sunday Review, dated 4th June 2006, which features the image on the front cover and contains an interview with Pattie.
The print measures 30cm x 21cm (11.75 inches x 8.25 inches). The condition is near mint.
