A thank you card in the hand of George Harrison that was written to his guitar technician Alan Rogan after the completion of George Harrison and Eric Clapton’s tour of Japan.  The tour took place across six cities between 1st and 17th December 1991.  The card reads as follows:

‘Dear Alan,

Thanks for everything during the tour, all your help and forever tuning-tuning-tuning-up-tuning down-up-down. Well here’s a little dosh to get yourself something with – maybe a nice striped Georgio Armanalegi shirt to show my thanks! All the Best Pal George’.

Provenance: comes from the estate of Alan Rogan.

The card measures 12.6cm x 17.1cm (5 inches x 6.7 inches). The condition is excellent.
