B46244 – Rolling Stones 1966 Autographs Glasgow (UK)

A page from an autograph book signed by the Rolling Stones in blue ballpoint pen. Charlie Watts has added the group name ‘The Rolling Stones’ at the top of the page and the word ‘love’ above his name. The autographs were obtained at the Odeon Theatre, Glasgow, Scotland on 30th September 1966.
Provenance: accompanied by a letter from the original recipient that reads:
‘The Rolling Stones autographs were obtained personally at the Odeon in Renfield Street in Glasgow. My friend had a boyfriend called Murray who worked there and he got us in. It was the mid 60’s probably 65 or 66.’
The page measures 13cm x 9.5cm (5 inches x 3.75 inches). There is a tape stain bleeding through from the back of the page. The condition is very good minus.
