B46375 – Graham Nash 1970s Personal Stationary
£295.00
A collection of Graham Nash’s personal stationary from the 1970s including envelopes, note papers and letterhead. There are approximately 300 sheets.
Provenance: the items come directly from the private collection of Mac Holbert, who started in the spring of 1971 as an assistant truck driver on the Crosby & Nash Tour. In 1973 he became Graham Nash’s assistant and eventually tour manager. He also managed tours for CSN, CSNY, Poco, America, Dwight Twilley, Peter, Paul & Mary, and Carole King, and did so through 1991. After his retirement from the road, Holbert continued his business relationship with Graham Nash, as well as his friendship with this legendary trio of musicians.
The letterhead measures 21.5cm x 28cm (8.4 inches x 11 inches). There is some light wear to the edges and corners of the various stationary sheets, some of the corners are folded and have light crease lines. The condition overall is very good.
