B46409 – Paul McCartney 1982 Buddy Holly Week Promotional Press Kit (UK)

An original promotional press kit for the 1982 Buddy Holly Week, organised by Paul McCartney. The MPL event took place from 7^th – 13^th September 1982 and celebrated the life and career of Buddy Holly. The press kit consists of a typed press statement on MPL letterhead, information booklet, a promotional poster and sticker. Also included are six black and white photocopies of photographs and a copy of a flyer. All items are housed in a gatefold sleeve with colour illustrations.

The press kit measures 22cm x 30.5cm (8.75 inches x 12 inches). The condition of the contents is very good. The condition of the gatefold sleeve is very good minus.
