B46427 – Kate Bush 1979 Handwritten Card (UK)

A card on which Kate Bush has handwritten a letter to a fan in red ballpoint pen. It was sent shortly after the release of the album ‘Kick Inside’ in 1979.

The note reads:-

‘Dear, dear Caroline,

Thank you for such a beautiful letter and drawing. I really loved the picture, thank you. I’m really pleased you like my music + to think I can be with you when you want to hear me sing – it’s a wonderful concept.

Please send my love to your family, It’s great that they listen to me too!!! I hope you are well, Mind how you go, Caz, and have a really a really good time.

When open the card measures 21.25cm x 14.75cm (8.4 inches x5.75 inches). There are two small tape stains on the back of the card and a small tear in the centre. The condition is very good minus.
