B46430 – Elton John Autographed Rock Of The Westies Album (UK)

A UK vinyl pressing of the 1975 Elton John album ‘Rock Of The Westies’ autographed on the front by Elton John in black pen. Elton has added the inscription ‘To Christopher’ above his name. The autograph was obtained at The Grand Theatre, Leeds, England on 29th April 1976, the concert was the opening night of Elton’s Louder Than Concorde tour.

Provenance: accompanied by a letter from a family member of the original recipient that reads:

‘This album has been stored for 40+ years, signed to a member of my family at a concert in Leeds UK on 29th April 1976 called Louder Than Concorde Tour.

The album was purchased at the concert and as first in the queue it was hand signed by Elton John after the concert.’

There is a small scuff on the front of the sleeve. The condition is very good.
