Provenance: The book was signed for Valerie Kettley who worked as assistant to Tom Maschler who was the head of the book’s publisher Jonathan Cape.

The book measures 13.5cm x 20.5cm (5.25 inches x 8 inches). Some very mild discolouration to the flyleaf. The condition is very good plus.
