A large format postcard from Beaulieu Sur Mer, France autograph on the reverse by Paul McCartney in blue ballpoint pen. The signature dates to 1979/1980.
Provenance: accompanied by a letter from the original recipient that reads ‘I met Paul McCartney in a postcard shop in the port of Beaulieu Sur Mer on the Cote D’Azur in August 1979 or 1980. He spoke to me charmingly for a few moments and kindly signed this card for me.’
The postcard measures 14.75cm x 21cm (5.75 inches x 8.25 inches). There is a small crease at the bottom of the card. The condition is very good plus.
