B46961 – George Harrison 1964 Autograph (Australia)

Part of a page taken from a copy of The Beatles Monthly Book, No 9, April 1964 autographed by George Harrison in black ballpoint pen. The autograph was obtained during The Beatles tour of Australia between 12^th and 30^th June 1964 by the head of The Beatles Fan Club in New South Wales, Australia.

Provenance: accompanied by a letter that reads as follows:

‘My name is Lyn Gray but in 1964 my maiden name was Andrews and I was the Secretary of the NSW branch of the Beatles Fan Club.

The Beatles visited Australia in June 1964 and I met them twice at this time. The autographs were obtained at this time.’

The piece of a page measures 21cm x 28cm (8.2 inches x 11 inches). It has been folded leaving three horizontal crease line.  The condition is very good minus.
