B47484 – Disc And Music Echo 1971 Almost Complete Run (UK)

An almost complete run of Disc and Music Echo newspapers from 1971. The collection begins on the 2nd January and ends on the 25th December, However, the issue for the 25th December is missing.
Disc and Music Echo was one of the top selling music papers of the early 60s. It was more lightweight in style than some of its competitors such as Melody Maker but nevertheless it provided extensive details of all of the current news and record releases. It also contains some fabulous photographs which were not seen elsewhere.
Each issue measures 30.5cm x 40.5cm (12 inches x 16 inches). Several issues may have handwritten names or addresses on the borders. The condition is as follows: several issues are very good, of the remainder half are very good plus and half are excellent.
