RS845 – Rolling Stones 1974 It’s Only Rock ‘n Roll White Label Test Pressing COC 59103 Bill Wyman Archive (UK)

A double sided white label test pressing of the Rolling Stones 1974 album ‘It’s Only Rock ‘n Roll’. The vinyl comes housed in a plain white sleeve on which the album name, band name, ‘Second Test Pressing’ and the date ’23.IX.74’ have been handwritten in blue and black ink. The matrix numbers ‘COC 59103 A2’ and ‘COC 59103 B2’ have been stamped onto their respective side and the words ‘Rolling Stones Records’ have been etched into both sides. The condition of the vinyl is near mint. The condition of the sleeve is very good.

The item was previously sold as part of lot 387 in the ‘Property of Bill Wyman and His Rolling Stones Archive’ with Julien’s Auctions sale between 11^th and 13^th September 2021 and is accompanied by a lot card and tag from the auction. All of the items in the sale were part of Bill Wyman’s renowned and vast archive.
