Terms & Conditions

All prices on the website are in GBP (British Pounds) and payment will be made in this currency.

Methods Of Payment

We accept the following methods of payments:

1) Credit/Debit Cards
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).

2) Bank Transfer
Please ask at your bank for details as some charges may be incurred. If you wish to pay by this method please contact us for our account details.

3) Personal Cheques
This method of payment is available to UK customers only. Please make cheques payable to TRACKS LIMITED. Cheques take 5 working days to clear. Unfortunately personal cheques from overseas customers cannot be accepted.

4) Postal Orders
Available to UK customers only. Please make postal orders payable to TRACKS LIMITED and ensure that all postal orders have been crossed.

5) Cash
We can accept UK GBP cash if sent by a method that requires a signature on delivery. If sending cash you do so at your own risk.

6) Bankers Draft
This is a cheque issued and guaranteed by a bank. Your bank will arrange payment by this method for you. Please ensure that the draft is made payable in UK GBP and drawn on a UK bank.

Postage, Packing And Handling

The cost of postage, packing and handling is additional and charged at cost price. We will contact you separately to discuss this.

Cancellation Policy

If you change your mind about your order and you want to cancel then please contact us via phone, email or mail.  If payment has not been taken the order will be cancelled immediately. If your order has already been paid for and despatched you can still cancel for a period of 7 days for UK customers and 28 days for overseas customers.  Any items that are to be returned must be in the same condition as when sold.  We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee.

Delivery And Returns Policy

All items are sent out on receipt of full payment using the appropriate delivery method. (Royal Mail, Fed Ex, UPS etc.)  Please notify us either by email, phone or letter within 48 hours of receipt of the goods if there is any problem. We will discuss the problem with you and if goods are damaged we will either ask you to retain them so that the post office/courier can inspect them or return them to us. If asked to return them to us, please do so within 14 days. It is imperative they are returned with the original packaging and sent back by the same method that they were despatched to you (i.e. recorded delivery / Special Delivery etc). Please retain your proof of posting. We will refund this postage cost to you. Please note: Our overseas customers should NOT return any damaged goods to us, but wait for our instructions.

Please do not return the whole order if only one item is incorrect/damaged. Any damaged items will be replaced as soon as possible. If we cannot replace or re-order the goods, a refund or credit note will be offered.

Lost parcels – UK customers
If your goods don’t arrive within 7 days please contact us.

Lost parcels – Overseas customers
If your goods don’t arrive within 28 days please contact us.

Credit/Debit Card Transactions

According to mandatory rules and processing specifications we are required to inform our customers that:

  • When initiating a debit/credit card transaction customers give permission for their card details to be stored securely by SagePay in order for Tracks Ltd. to process further payments relating to their transaction (i.e. repeat charges for shipping, refunds etc.)
  • These card details are stored in an encrypted secure online server through SagePay. Tracks Ltd. do not have access to full customer card details.
  • Tracks Ltd. will obtain confirmation from the customer before further payments are charged to customer accounts. No additional payments will be charged to customer credit/debit cards unless Tracks Ltd. have received prior consent.
