All prices on the website are in GBP (British Pounds) and payment will be made in this currency.

Methods Of Payment

We accept the following methods of payments:

1) Credit/Debit Cards
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, American Express, ApplePay, GooglePay and PayPal).

2) Bank Transfer
Please ask at your bank for details as some charges may be incurred. If you wish to pay by this method please contact us for our account details.

3) Instalment Plan
We can offer an interest free payment plan on certain high priced pieces. Please enquire for full details before purchasing. The price of the order will be firm and remain the same for the agreed payment period. Upon receiving the final instalment payment we will send the order out to you by the agreed shipping method. If you wish to cancel the order at any point during the payment period we agree to refund you the balance paid minus a restocking/administration fee of:

  • 10% within 0-3 months of the order/invoice date
  • 15% within 3-6 months of the order/invoice date
  • 20% within 6+ months of the order/invoice date

Please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to make your agreed monthly instalments. A minimum payment of £50+ a month is required on orders under £500.

Cancellation Policy

If you change your mind about your order and you want to cancel then please contact us via phone, email or mail. If payment has not been taken the order will be cancelled immediately. If your order has already been paid for and despatched you can still cancel for a period of 7 days for UK customers and 28 days for overseas customers. Any items that are to be returned must be in the same condition as when sold. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee.

Delivery And Returns Policy

All items are sent out on receipt of full payment using the appropriate delivery method. (Royal Mail, Fed Ex, UPS etc.) Please notify us either by email, phone or letter within 48 hours of receipt of the item(s) if there is any problem. We will discuss the problem with you and if item(s) are damaged we will either ask you for photographs of any damage or  to return the item(s) to us. If asked to return the item(s) to us, please do so within 14 days. It is imperative they are returned with the original packaging and sent back by the same method that they were despatched to you (i.e.  Signed For / Special Delivery etc.). Please retain your proof of posting. We will refund this postage cost to you. Please note: Our overseas customers should NOT return any damaged item(s) to us, but wait for our instructions.

Please do not return the whole order if only one item is incorrect/damaged. Any damaged item(s) will be replaced as soon as possible. If we cannot replace or re-order the item(s), a refund or credit note will be offered.

Lost parcels – UK customers
If your goods don’t arrive within 7 days please contact us.

Lost parcels – Overseas customers
If your goods don’t arrive within 28 days please contact us.

Credit/Debit Card Transactions

According to mandatory rules and processing specifications we are required to inform our customers that:

  • When initiating a debit/credit card transaction customers give permission for their card details to be stored securely by PayPal in order for Tracks Ltd. to process further payments relating to their transaction (i.e. repeat charges for shipping, refunds etc.)
  • These card details are stored in an encrypted secure online server through PayPal. Tracks Ltd. do not have access to full customer card details.
  • Tracks Ltd. will obtain confirmation from the customer before further payments are charged to customer accounts. No additional payments will be charged to customer credit/debit cards unless Tracks Ltd. have received prior consent.
